At DCCM we stand with young people whose brilliance deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated. The opportunity to help shine a light on them is something for which we are profoundly thankful.

Alexis Stackhouse, MA, MBA, founder of Global Elevation Network: a future-forward platform helping globally minded individuals build meaningful connections in an increasingly digital and borderless world.

Daniel Martinovic, founder of Nodalli: helping people land their dream jobs using AI to connect with hundreds of the right people.

Samira Mohamed, founder of Stardoe Studio: hypoallergenic, inclusive jewellery that takes the unserious seriously by creating playful pieces that spark conversation and celebrate self expression.

Chevon R. Riley, founder of NORM: skincare that combines ancient formulas with modern chemistry, proving that Natural and Organic Matters (NORM)
